Now,I am a little chubby.190 pounds,at hmmmm let's say 5.8?
So I was wondering
I am not a very motivated person and needs support,and I'm going to mexico soon.
Im self conscious about my body.
I'm going on a sorta diet,just not eating so much proccessed food and how much of a serving I have.not really i a diet,just watching what I eat I guess?
Anyways,I aim for two hours of working out everyday,one in the morning and one in the evening.I will then wiegh my self the next morning,and carry on from there.
I have quit my job for the winter so this gives me lots of time to do the things I aim to do.
